Use License
SpecForge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your internal business or personal purposes. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the service itself.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes attempting to reverse engineer the platform, using automated tools to scrape or overload infrastructure, or using the service for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with SpecForge are owned by SpecForge or its licensors. Specifications and project data you create remain your property. By using the service, you grant SpecForge a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the service.
Limitation of Liability
SpecForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall SpecForge be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may export your data prior to termination.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
